Batesville Parks and Recreation is proud to host our 4th Floorball Event on Friday, November 13th, 2026. The event will begin at 6:00 PM at the Batesville Community Center Gym. Floorball is an engaging variation of floor hockey played with a wiffle ball. Our event will utilize a modified 3v3 format on a standard basketball court, requiring each team to have three players on the rink.

We will use Shooter Tutors for the goalies. Shooter Tutors are just a target tarp that attaches to the front of the net.

Required equipment, sticks for fielders, will be provided. The event will be governed by a modified ruleset of the official International Floorball Federation (IFF) Rules.

Event Structure

• This is not a tournament.
• This is a causal event for the community to discover what Floorball is all about.
• Teams will be placed randomly against each other.
• There will not be Referees or Scorekeepers.
