Are you ready to Swim Your Resolution? Whether you are gearing up for the challenge or you’ve already started, we are excited to get you rolling into 2019! For the Swim Your Resolution challenge we’ll be using Garmin Connect to keep track of all your swimming distances for the month of January. This can be done online through the website or through the Garmin Connect App for iphone or android users.
There will be no need to update your swim distance each week like the Iron Distance Wellness Challenge but NOW anytime you want to add them. You will create Garmin Connect account/login and update anytime whether it’s as you go, each week, or at the end of the month. You DO NOT need any Garmin accessory to create an account or participate in this challenge. If you need any help creating an account then please give us a call at 870-698-2427 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will walk you through the process and get you started. Otherwise follow these steps to get signed up and enrolled into the challenge.
Step 1: Go to https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/signin , create account by clicking the Create One link under the login and providing all the information in the boxes.
Step 3: Once you have a login name, be sure to email it to us so we can invite you to the official Swim Resolution Challenge group.
If you are participating the 2019 Ultimate Wellness Challenge, we will be using Garmin for most if not all wellness challenges. We encourage everyone to register for a Garmin account but it you’d prefer not to you can always turn in your total distance for January at the front desk. Distances are due at the end of the month or 31 days from the date register. We have listed a conversion guide to help you keep track of distances.
